Trim Levels (Exterior)
The 2020 Fusion comes in eight trim levels that include the S, SE, SEL, Titanium, Hybrid SE, Hybrid SEL, Hybrid Titanium, and Plug-in Hybrid Titanium. The exterior design of the Fusion is one of endurance, as it still looks just as good as it did when it was first released. Engine (Power)
Including the Fusion Hybrid drivetrain, the 2020 Ford Fusion has four engines to choose from. The first is the 2.5-liter inline-4 with 175 horsepower. The second is the 1.5-liter turbo-4 with 181 horsepower. The third is the 2.0-liter turbo-4 with 245 horsepower. The forth is the Fusion Hybrid engine that is a 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle inline-4 with an electric motor that has a combined 188 horsepower. While all non-hybrid Fusions have a six-speed automatic transmission, the Fusion Hybrid trim levels have a continuously variable automatic transmission and a 1.4-kWh battery pack in the trunk.
Performance
This sedan is legendary for its handling and drivability, despite being a four-door sedan. Mountain passes and straight interstates are a breeze to navigate in the 2020 Fusion, no matter the trim level you choose. It also has an over performing braking system that helps to keep you and your loved ones safe. Fuel mileage varies depending on the trim level, as the Fusion S gets an estimated 21 mpg in the city and 31 mpg when on the highway, while the Fusion Plug-in Hybrid Titanium gets an estimated 109 mpg in the city and 97 mpg on the highway.
