Capability
Every Mustang has sporty rear-wheel drive. That makes life more fun whichever engine you choose. When you need help you can use the snow/wet mode, and when you are ready for fun, you have sport, track and drag strip modes, depending on the Mustang trim level. A limited-slip differential is helping you counter gravity and velocity. Most Mustangs have fully active dual rear mufflers. Best of all, there’s a ten-speed automatic transmission that really knows how to utilize power whether fast, slow or in-between. Furthermore, there is an exciting Tremec manual transmission standard on the Mach 1 and another Tremec on the Shelby GT500. Interior Trim Levels
Trim levels start with the Ecoboost, its Carbon Zag instrument panel style elements, and leather steering wheel. The Ecoboost premium has a power chair and aluminum foot pedals.The GT has dual power chairs and a distinctive silver arrow instrument panel finish. MyColor ambient lighting, leather trimmed front seats, and numerous premium trim elements dress up the GT Premium. If you choose the Ice White package, you can enjoy a unique white leather trim, white door trim panels and other related design elements. On the Mach 1, you’ll discover color-accented premium cloth seats and a Dark Spindrift instrument panel. Our favorite available features include RECARO sport sets in cloth or leather. Technology
The SYNC system is standard with a screen and enhanced voice recognition. Stepping up, it’s the SYNC 3 touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. If you love to be in the know, you’ll want the voice-activated touch screen with navigation, traffic assistance, and Travel Link. The 6-speaker audio system can be upgraded to a 9-speaker unit with Bright Door Speaker Surround. There’s also a 12-speaker unit by Bang and Olufsen.
